Should you decide to cancel within 24 hours of our scheduled meeting, the remaining balance of the appointment will still be due.

On the unlikely occasion that I need to cancel our arrangement, your retainer will be returned promptly in full. If preferred and our schedules allow, I would also be happy to arrange an alternative date that suits us both.
