Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Delays, No-Shows & Short-Notice Cancellations
If you fail to appear or cancel
less than 1 hour before a domestic appointment,
less than 24 hours before an international FMTY booking,
or once I am already on my way to the meeting point,
the full fee will be due.
Force Majeure
In the case of unforeseen circumstances such as border refusals, natural disasters, or strikes, the deposit may be credited toward a future appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Your cancellation
Deposits are non-refundable.
However, if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, your deposit may be credited toward a new booking within 3 months.
For tour dates, rescheduling may be possible within the same tour period, depending on availability.
My cancellation
In the extremely rare event that I must cancel, you will of course receive a full refund of your deposit.
Deposit & Travel Expenses
Deposit amount
A deposit of 30% of the total fee, or a mutually agreed fixed amount, is required to confirm your booking.
FMTY bookings (Fly Me To You)
All travel expenses must be paid in advance.
Once issued, tickets and travel arrangements are non-refundable.
